I. Use of Service.

Watch for FREE: Users will receive a one-week free trial upon their first use of the Docubay service. During this period, users will not be required to pay any service fees.
Service fee: After the initial free week, users can access all documentary content by paying only 400 Ks per week for unlimited viewing through the Docubay service.

II. Subscription.

MyID: All users are required to log in to the service using their Mytel phone number. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your phone number via SMS. Enter the 4-digit OTP from the SMS to subscribe to the service for 400 Ks per week. Upon completion, users will be successfully registered and logged into the service.
USSD: Dial *519# to subscribe and register your Docubay account.
SMS: Send ON7 to 519 to subscribe and register your Docubay account.

III. Unsubscription

MyID: Click on the sidebar and select "My Account." Choose "Unsubscribe" to be able to unsubscribe from watching unlimited documentary movies on Docubay service.
USSD: Dial *519# to unsubscribe from the Docubay service.
SMS: Send OFF to 519 to unsubscribe from the Docubay service.
